Cancellation Policy
We kindly ask you provide a minimum 48 hours notice to cancel/reschedule. Cancellations between 48-24 hrs prior will be charged $100 for color/extension services and $25 for haircuts.
Cancellations within 24 hrs will be charged 50% of the scheduled service. No-shows will also be charged 50% of the scheduled service and additionally required to put down a 100% deposit for rebooking.
